it might be my computer blind but im not shure seeing that it just started.i dont enjoy another moniter to check with.but its glitchy whenever i use the scrollbar or whenever a unsullied page loads it glitches for a second.i have a winter sport warcraft 3 an whenever im in it its so laggy my mouse pops to a different cog of the screen.my blind was glitchy a couple weeks formerly but i could play perfectly but in a minute i cant do anything in-game.plz help i close to to my video games SOON.

Possibly,change your Screen stimulate rate to a lower level. Like if its set to 75 Hertz, lower it to 60 or so Hertz. If that doesnt work, possibly update your video card and/or monitor drivers. Hope that help and you dont have to buy a contemporary monitor unless you are that desperate anyways.
You should find another monitor and check to see whether it is actually the monitor have problems or your PC. Good luck
