When using 3 monitors on two individual video cards what cause the monitor to produce loud rumbling and freeze up?

I enjoy an ATI X800XT and a ATI 3D Rage Lt Pro video card, and they seem to work a moment ago fine until i have programs running on adjectives 3 monitors. Then I hear a loud screeching roar and everything freezes up. Does anyone have any view what maybe cause this and what I can do to fix it.. There are no upgraded drivers for the ATI 3D Rage Lt Pro.

This does *not* sound moral. Is the screeching coming from the monitors (my guess) or from the boards? Whatever it's coming from, stop doing this - you'll hurt a clearly good piece of hardware.



Probably the best item to do is upgrade your old video board.
