Why /how do peak saver use smaller number dynamism than merely a majority peak?

most peak savers are mostly black which take no energy and they aren't designed to saver vitality just fall burn in

Screen savers be created way pay for in the daylight when CRT burn-in used to happen. And today, monitors don't even suffer from burn-in so near really is no practical use for screen saver other than populace like them because they look pretty.
