Why is the moved out side of my eyeshade shaking when on the internet?

Look for sources of compelling interference. Fans, lights, speakers, power bricks.



Make sure the refresh rate is at smallest 75Hz.





If it is an LCD:

Make sure that the desktop resolution matches monitor's home-grown resolution.
