Why can't i see my desktop on the full blind? and other icon also not coming on full peak?

Answer:

coz of the settings of the monitor's resolution . right click any blank space on the desktop , shift to properties , go to setings , drag the tavern in the peak resolution to sooth the full screen setings . You may want to restart the computer after each dragging of the slide .

Check your screen resolution. Right click your Desktop, Properties afterwards Setting, Set the Screen Resolution to More pixels.
