i only bought a new computer and lcd monitor, but my computer hasn't arrived even so. i hooked my monitor up to my old computer[about 6 years antiquated and definitely not the best], and the blind now have a yellow tint to it. i accustomed the colors and everything else i could think of, but zilch worked. is it because of the computer, and should i wait until the unusual one comes in? or is something wrong near the monitor itself? i'm not very correct with this stuff. thank you!

check to see if everything is plugged contained by securely. mine did impossible to tell apart thing end night!

Check the Signal cable properly Pluged or not or Show some One Engg.

Check the cable. Unplug each shutting down and make sure that at hand are no bent pins, and then plug it posterior in and immobilize it with the thumbscrews.
When you unplug the cable, does a try-out message come up on the screen (Like Check Cable) It should correction colours, if that has a tint to it it is probably a monitor problem.
Pop up the OSD menu next to the monitor controls, If the OSD has a tint afterwards it is definitely a monitor problem.
If the monitor looks OK. on the OSD and the experiment message, then it could still be a monitor problem, but it could also be the graphics card/chip contained by the computer.
