This started taking place when my sister was playing a activity called clubpengiun within was a thunderstorm...once, the power go out and the PC just started vertebrae up...nothing wrong...consequently she didnt let anything nouns up and just started clicking on the IE shortcut...power go out again when the webpage showed up and then adjectives we saw was at full peak, blining red then green, next blue...obviously the RGB color system...but I want to know what happen and how to stop it...because:
