When ever I turn my laptop on, my moniter flickers and then it resets my color to 8 bits automatically. Sometimes it will alteration my screen resolution to 800x600 pixels also. I hold to go to settings every time I log on and reset everything. Then when I use microsoft organization word it the moniter flickers and it screws next to every thing here also. Any suggestions?

Install appropriate and updated drivers for the video card and monitor.
